Recently, the Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone held a Laoyou Market Event at the Xiaomaoshan Food Plaza, inviting the public to taste the food on-site and promote pre-packaged Nanning Laoyou Rice Noodles. It is reported that since 2024, the Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone has actively expanded and strengthened the Nanning Laoyou Rice Noodles Industrial Park, with expected daily pre-packaging production capacity of Nanning Laoyou Rice Noodles up to one million bags.

Huang Bin, a staff member from the Economic Development Bureau of Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone, said that the development zone held the Laoyou Market Event for the first time to build a "Laoyou" bridge, so that more diners can enjoy the delicious Nanning Laoyou Rice Noodles more conveniently. According to reports, the development zone will build a Nanning Laoyou Noodles Industry Cluster in the future to integrate production, research and development, exhibition and sales, inspection and testing, and popularization of science and experience, so as to make an integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries.
